PRODUCTION
The following updates will be made to the GoodLooking platform, Production version (app.goodlooking.company), on July 24, 2025:
Platform:
Fixed a bug that kept the Audit Log and Info screens from displaying timestamps in the correct timezone when configured via the Settings -> System Configurations module.
Fixed a bug relating to the storage of GPS coordinates & IP Addresses for point of care visits confirmed via the Care Validation screen.
Scheduling/Staffing:
Fixed a bug that stopped the “overlapping shift” validation from triggering for visits that had the exact same Time In and Time Out.
Fixed a bug that stopped the “scheduling attribute” validation from triggering for visits that had an employee who did not have the correct scheduling attribute for the assigned patient.
Clinical:
Updated the PDN Assessment/Reassessment visit note to include a new section for Patient/Caregiver Acknowledgement & Updates to the Plan of Care. If completed, this field will add a dated addendum to the existing plan of care, along with the patient/caregiver signature. This update is primarily designed for making minor updates to the plan of care during the reassessment visit.
Added a new Physician Wound Care Visit form for use by physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants when treating advanced wound care patients.
RCM: Several minor bugs and enhancements were made to the Financial module, including 1) Adding the ability to attach files & notes to checks, 2) Adding the ability to sort Pending Invoices by clicking on the column heading, 3) Improving the UX of the Post Adjustments screen to display prior adjustments while adding a new adjustment, 4) Fixed a bug that allowed invoice line items to be duplicated when manually adding Uninvoiced Items to the invoice (by clicking the Add button repeatedly).
ATS/HR:
Fixed a bug that kept HR personnel from counter-signing custom forms when previously signed by an employee.
Fixed a bug that kept the test results from displaying in the HR tracking items modal when the tests were attached to a training course that was also attached to a tracking item.
Added an option to Discontinue tracking items instead of voiding them. This allows HR to now discontinue a tracking item but still have it display for employees who previously completed the item.
Added a new Default Holiday Bonus field to Settings -> Payroll that allows companies to set the default holiday bonus rate for new employee payrates. If set, the Default Holiday Bonus will prepopulate the Holiday Bonus field on the Employee Pay Rate screen when adding a new payrate.
Reporting
Updated the Reports screen to add Report Category section labels. This should improve the readability of the reports screen and allow us to add more reports in the future without adding additional complexity.
