PRODUCTION
The following updates will be made to the GoodLooking platform, Production version (app.goodlooking.company), on June 19, 2025:
Platform:
Communications: Added Emails to the Notes tab on several platform screens to allow users to add & view Emails and Notes on the same screen. This new functionality should drastically increase the efficiency of sales & recruiting teams when viewing clients and employee records.
Clinical: Updated the Ventilator Flow Sheet Settings screen to work with the Vivo 45 LS model, as well as fix a few minor bugs related to saving flow sheets in PDN visit notes.
Clinical (PDN): Fixed a bug with interventions not showing up when the visit End Time was updated to a later time versus the original scheduled time.
Clinical: Fixed a bug that kept field staff from viewing prior medical records.
Admin: Add a new Admin Tool that allows administrators to reset training courses & tests for employees who have failed a training too many times.
Manuals: Added the ability to upload PDF files to a Policy & Procedure Manual rather than having to type in the policy.
Clinical: Updated visit notes to print the actual patient signature when printing notes.
Patient: Improved the performance of sub-records so they refresh immediately upon entry (rather than requiring a page refresh)
Patient Menu: Improved the performance of the Search Spotlight when switching between patient accounts.
Clinical (MAR): Fixed a bug related to MAR dates not displaying correctly.
Clinical: Fixed a bug related to a validation error appearing when the “Signature on File” option is used rather than an actual patient signature.
Add a new eRX (e-prescribing) integration for Nurse Practitioners & Physicians, allowing for prescriptions to be ordered and sent to a network of pharmacies from within the Physician visit note.
Improved the Audit Log for point of care visits. This can now be accessed from the scheduled visit More… menu.
Clinical: The visit printout for clinical documents now lists all diagnosis codes for the patient on routine visits.
Clinical: The Wound Order and Wound Assessment screens received a substantial update to allow for better progress tracking of wounds.
Ledger (Bug): A bug was fixed that kept adjustments from being posted on individual claims.
Bug: A bug was fixed that kept point of care visits from saving if the employee has an apostrophe in their name.
