System Updates

PRODUCTION

The following updates will be made to the GoodLooking platform, Production version (app.goodlooking.company), on October 16, 2026:

  • Increased security throughout the system

  • New point of care formatting and navigation menu (see the video here)

  • Improved the layout and formatting of the schedule

  • Improved the way files are stored, viewed, and printed from the point of care program

  • Added Pre-Visit and Post-Visit Review screens in the point of care program

  • Improved the Email system to allow for sending large attachments

  • Improved the Email system to allow files to be sent directly from the system

  • Improved the Custom Forms module to allow for third-party signatures (using a signature pad) and extra automations for scheduling and validating forms

  • Added an Administrative Tool to remove Claim Batches from the Claim Queue

  • Added the ability to create Recurring Invoices, allowing for a more automated monthly billing process

  • Improved the Map function to improve performance, including a new pagination feature that speeds up the display of large lists

  • Improved the telehealth/video call module to allow scheduling of future televisits

  • Improved the Report Center to group reports, add additional reports, digests, and summaries

  • Improved functionality for multi-business owners, allowing easier navigation between company databases, testing accounts, and reporting accounts

  • Minor bug fixes throughout the system
