14 Day Fat to Fit CEO Challenge

The rules are simple: for 14 days, lock in with a strict diet, workout, and business improvement plan and see how drastically you can change your life in two weeks!
Day 1: Set up your schedule
It’s going to be a tough two weeks, so set up a schedule that works for you.
Here’s Jack’s schedule:
6:00: Wake up, weigh in, & walk for 30 minutes
6:45: Bible, prayer, coffee
7:15: SSSS (shit, shower, shave, & suit up!)
8:00: Get to work on urgent issues, fires, & your daily top item
10:00: Break, 10 minute walk & prayer time
10:30: Get to work on marketing & sales
12:00: Lunch (Jack’s is 2 egg whites & 2 turkey bacon strips for 200 calories)
12:45: Workout & Walk
1:30: Get to work on business process improvement (support, finance, compliance)
3:00: Break: Snack (Jack’s is greek yogurt, berries, protein for 300 calories)
3:30: 30 minute walk
4:00: Get to work (finish up the day, meetings, prep)
6:30: Dinner (Jack’s is 8oz Sirloin Steak/Chicken/Fish & green vegetables for 800 calories)
7:30: Spend time with the family doing something active
8:30: Put the kids to bed, relax
9:30: Before bed workout (100 pushups & 10 minute walk)
10:30: Get ready for for bed, read, pray, relax
11:30: Get to sleep
