PRODUCTION

The following updates will be made to the GoodLooking platform, Production version (app.goodlooking.company), on October 16, 2025:

• Fixed a bug on the calendar that kept the “status” text color from displaying correctly. The color of the text in a calendar event now reflects the status of the event.

• Added a Kanban view to the Applicant, Referral, and Leads menus to make it easier to see sales and recruiting funnels in real time. You can now drag and drop leads between Kanban status columns to quickly update their status (ex. - to move a lead from Cold to Warm).

• Healthcare: Added the Michigan Medicaid Service Authorization form

• Added a “Default Length” to Services to aid with scheduling visits that are of differing lengths. Service default to 30 Minutes in length, but can now be set to any length under 24 hours.

• Added the ability to send physician orders to multiple additional providers instead of just the primary physician.

• Made several updates to the Physician Wound Care documentation note, including adding the ability to print wound care pictures as part of the note.

• Updated the Patient menu Print button to print the patient face sheet.

• Added the patient’s Date of Birth to the patient menu as a new column.

• Fixed a bug on the calendar that kept future calendar months from displaying on large datasets. Also re-optimized the calendar for faster load times.

• Fixed a bug when validating a visit when patient preferences are set.

• Updated documentation printouts to have a larger font when printing via the browser print window.

• Fixed a bug with the calendar drag and drop that allowed Billed visits to be moved and reset to Scheduled status.

• Coming soon:

  • Increased the limit on Notes from 25 to 100+

  • Increased the file size limit on file uploads from 25M to 100M

  • Fixed a bug on the Applicant Lead screen that kept resumes from being parsed and displayed
