PRODUCTION

The following updates will be made to the GoodLooking platform, Production version (app.goodlooking.company), on September 28, 2025:

  • Added a new validation in Care Validation for overlapping shifts based on the clinical documentation. This will alert QA staff to potential overlapping visits if the visit is approved through Care Validation.

  • Added Default Length option to Services, allowing users to set a default service length and have that update the Time Out on visits when scheduling

  • Improved the Physician Wound Note with updates to the Wound Assessment module, Diagnosis, and CPT Coding sections.

  • Added the ability to print files (pictures) associated with point of care visits

  • Added a new Project / Plans of Care templating feature that allows users to create templates of entire projects that can be re-utilized.

  • Add the ability to link emails to the Notes section across the system. This allows users to quickly see emails and notes associated with a client, employee, project, or lead.

  • Added the ability to use large templates on Proposals. This allows users to include contract terms as part of the proposal acceptance process.

  • Added Additional Providers as an option on the Patient Contacts screen (replacing the Additional Physicians section). This allows users to continue linking multiple physicians to a patient account, but also link in DME providers, rehab facilities, and other members of the care team.

  • Updated the Patient Portal to take advantage of the Additional Providers update, allowing those providers to access records and messages for assigned patients.

  • Updated the Availity clearinghouse connection to utilize their newer security protocols. Providers utilizing the integrated Availity connection have been advised to update their credentials and forward those to support@healthtrust.io or support@goodlooking.com as appropriate.

  • Added the WYSIWYG editor to the Notes section across the system, allowing users to format notes, add bullet points, etc.

  • Added the ability to set the Title on plan of care/project templates. Also added the ability to link a file to the master template that will automatically default onto the plan of care goal or task.

  • Added extra pages to the Plan of Care (485 version) printout. Now, users can print 485s that are up to 12 pages long.

  • Added extra pages to the PDN Shift Note (PDF version) printout. Now, users can print notes that are up to 22 pages long.

  • Fixed a bug for companies with “Company” client types that kept leads from converting to referrals without a first name being entered.

  • Fixed a bug with the Patient menu, More… Print option not working.

  • Fixed issue with Visit Status color legend not working on calendars.

  • Fix a bug that allowed the Notes modal to close when accidentally clicking off of the modal. Now, users will have to click the X or Close button to close the modal.

  • Fixed a bug on the calendar that created a third invoice line item for overnight shifts. This bug occurred when manually copying a previous visit that was on one day of the week and copying it to a different day of the week.

  • Fixed a bug with HHA visit note printouts where the aide tasks were printing out of order.

  • Fixed a bug on the Service menu that kept the filters from working appropriately.
